Set against the picturesque backdrop of Cannes from 9 – 13 March 2026, MIPIM promises an immersive experience, offering unparalleled access to a wealth of development projects and international capital sources, where we can showcase what the Liverpool City Region can offer on a international stage, in order to build relationships and create lasting partnerships.

This year Liverpool City Region will make one of its strongest ever appearances at MIPIM on stand C19.A.

A total of 30 organisations will join Mayor Steve Rotheram in Cannes to showcase several, transformative, investment-ready schemes.

Following the morning launch of the Growth Fund, this closed MIPIM roundtable brings together Liverpool City Council, the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and key delivery partners to focus on how to accelerate housing and neighbourhood regeneration. The discussion will centre on funding pathways, delivery models and practical steps needed to unlock sites at pace – concluding with a direct Q&A asking partners: “What do you need from us next?”

Presenting Hemisphere One & Two 

HEMISPHERE One and HEMISPHERE Two, two next‑generation lab and innovation workspace buildings that are set to redefine the commercial, academic and clinical landscape of Knowledge Quarter Liverpool (KQ Liverpool). They build on the success of Sciontec’s Liverpool Science Park and CENTRAL TECH developments.

This session offers investors, funders and major occupiers early access to the team behind these landmark schemes. It showcases purpose-built, future-ready laboratory space designed to meet growing UK life sciences demand – from pharma and infection control to digital health and biosciences.
